WEEK 9 : SPOTIFY VS YOUTUBE MUSIC

Week 9 Review:

Product - Spotify vs YouTube Music
Which one is better? Compare and contrast between these two products.

We all know based on these two products or applications. Spotify is the most frequently used by the world. But it actually depends on what you're looking for. If you're mostly listening to music, Spotify is better for that. However, if you're looking for more of a video-based experience, then YouTube Music is better.

Talking about these two music platform, Spotify is an online music streaming service, and users can listen to millions of songs and other audio content from their favourite artists and create and share their own playlists. Spotify offers both paid and free subscription services, although the free service is ad-supported and has limited functionality.

As for Youtube Music, it is also a streaming music service developed by Youtube that offers ad-supported music and video streaming. It is available as both a free and subscription-based service, too. offering access to millions of official music videos, video playlists, audio-only tracks, and live concerts.

If you ask me? I prefer Spotify because i enjoy creating playlists and the radio feature based on my musical preferences. I also find that Spotify has a more extensive selection than Youtube Music. Besides, the application itself is more aesthetic and non-complicated.

Still, somehow, i still think Youtube Music offers many advantages over Spotify, which makes it a better option for listening to music. For example, some music is not available at Spotify, but you can easily be found in YouTube Music and listen to it easily. Additionally, Youtube Music offers better video integration, allowing you to watch official music videos and live performances, as well as incorporate video ads into playlists to increase engagement.

However, to emphasize my point, Spotify is better because Spotify allows users to save up to 3,333 songs offline for free, whereas YouTube Music's free version limits you to a maximum of 50 downloaded songs. Besides that, Spotify allows users to easily create their own playlists, whereas this feature isn't accessible in YouTube Music. Furthermore, Spotify has social features, like the ability to easily follow friends and see what songs they are listening to. Finally, Spotify also has a much better user experience and offers more control over music playback, Spotify also offers better audio quality than
YouTube Music.

This song released as the lead single from his debut studio album called TRUE on June 17, 2013. In the making of this song included Avicii himself, Mike Eiinziger, and American soul singer Aloe Blacc. But everything does worth it because this song has been named as the highest charting dance track of the decade, sitting at No. 13 in the 100-strong list from the UK Singles Chart. It is the only song to crack the Billboard Decade-End without making the top 3 during any week. When I first listened to this song, I was still a child who understands nothing about the meaning of it. But I still remember how I would always enjoy and shake my head every time the song starts to play on the radio. But now that I'm about to turn 19, the meaning of this song seems a little bit deeper to me than ever before. This song is simply beautiful and...
