MOVIE REVIEW : KNIVES OUT (2019)

Knives Out is 2019 American mystery film written, directed, and co-produced by Rian Johnson. This movie is about Benoit Blanc, role played by Daniel Craig a detective who’s investigating the death of a wealthy, dysfunctional family. Beside Daniel Craig, the cast consists of Ana de Armas as Marta Cabrera, Chris Evans as Ransom Drysdale, etc. This movie premiered at the 2019 Toronto International Film (TIF) on 7th September 2019 and was released in US on 27th November.

The movie is a delightful story with lots of classic whodunit elements. Whodunit means a story or play about a murder in which the identity of the murderer is not revealed until the end. It shows you the mystery that laid out for you. All things you should do is be more thorough so you didn’t miss anything in the movie. The movie may look complicated but once you figure it out it will be fun.

The major conflict in the movie is who killed Harlan Thrombey and why? The most surprising part is when it revealed the murder. People will think the murderer is Marta because how she mistook the medication but turns out it was someone else. Marta is a plan not the mastermind in this story because the mastermind is someone else who planned to reveal Marta’s mistake. The mastermind knows that all the wealthy of Thrombey will be handed to Marta and this is why the mastermind wanted to plan to reveal Marta’s mistake to threatened her this way.

The movie is good in general such as how they made it looks real by the way they acted. In addition, the movie has a good storyline which people wouldn’t expect it’s going to be like that , to have many plot twist is what I meant. Furthermore, the elements they use such as foreshadowing like how Ransom being the culprit behind the fire in the evidence building is foreshadowed during Marta and his conversation over lunch., the suspensions, the surprise, the reveal moment, everything it makes audiences wonder how the movie going to escalated.

Evidence sometimes lies and not all evidence pointing to guilt turns out to be evidence pointing to guilt. Sometimes, a piece of circumstantial evidence is just circumstances that conspire to make a person look like they have done something illegal when they have not. For example, Marta assumes she has killed Harlan because she knows she lost concentration when preparing his medication, and that he died after this. She concludes that his impending death is her fault, and assumes the identity of murderer, when in fact, she didn't make a mistake at all. She gave him the correct medication and played no role in his death.

In conclusion, I’d like to watch this movie again as it worked my brain to think about the culprit and the surprise behind it. I suggest to all of you to watch this movie whenever you have a free time.

SONG REVIEW : AVICII WAKE ME UP ( 2013 )

SONG REVIEW : AVICII WAKE ME UP ( 2013 ) WAKE ME UP is a song by Tim Bergling, known professionally as Avicii . He's a Swedish DJ and record producer. This song released as the lead single from his debut studio album called TRUE on June 17, 2013. In the making of this song included Avicii himself, Mike Eiinziger, and American soul singer Aloe Blacc. But everything does worth it because this song has been named as the highest charting dance track of the decade, sitting at No. 13 in the 100-strong list from the UK Singles Chart. It is the only song to crack the Billboard Decade-End without making the top 3 during any week. When I first listened to this song, I was still a child who understands nothing about the meaning of it. But I still remember how I would always enjoy and shake my head every time the song starts to play on the radio. But now that I'm about to turn 19, the meaning of this song seems a little bit deeper to me than ever before. This song is simply beautiful and...
